Roasting Profile: Four phase blend combining predominantly dark roasted beans with a balancing light roasted component.
Aroma: Caramel and vanilla are immediately noticeable, with a rich undercurrent of fruits and toast.
Appearance: A dark viscous crema with excellent consistency of colour and length. The coffee is a deep lustrous dark brown.
Tasting notes: Dark roasted coffee with a strong earthy character. It has a natural sweetness that underpins in the espresso but which also mellows when combined with milk resulting in a dominating toasted character. It is an excellent coffee for Cappuccino or Latte.
