Our coffee and food philosophy
We believe that there is no excuse for drinking a bad cup of coffee, and that’s why we strive to make our coffees perfect every time. We want our customers to experience the real joy of coffee in a relaxed environment on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
To accompany every great cup of coffee, we only serve amazing food that does justice to all the effort we put in each cup we serve to our customers.
Our kitchen is led by head chef Chris Blatchford, whose cooking is inspired by ‘street style cuisine’. Our meals capture the essence of food flavours from key coffee growing regions whilst keeping a contemporary Australian touch. We prefer to use locally sourced produce from our own Northern Beaches and up to the Hunter Valley – a region close to Chef Chris’ own heart.
